(1) To those of you who have received a second letter or who have been served .... how long was it between the first letter and the second? I need to know how long I can ignore them.

(2) IMPA. How much $$ do they already have and when does the real fight begin? I realize that Spike is busy with all this but I still haven't gotten a reply to my emails yet. (On second thought, this probably isn't the kind of question that should be answered on a message board).

(3) Will Acacia be a bug in our shorts a year from now? I just want them to go away. Don't much care HOW!
