uh, cuz I was pissed off and what happened was wrong and I threw money at the problem (to my lawyer) so I wouldn't stew over it. like I wrote, not easy for me to let go of things, with a different personality I may have made a different choice
point is I got everything owed to me, with all expenses reimbursed
