will do...I've got family taking pics of me each week, frontal and profile with nothing but a pair of shorts on..and what blew their mind was comparing the 2 sets last night. You can already see the difference.
I've also started walking again, 15-20 minutes every other day.
One thing I like about this is how it is attacking my sugar addiction. Got over the caffeine awhile back, but damn man I'm hooked on that white powdery stuff ;)
