I bet that most of chargebacked transactions is from assholes which was jacking off whole month and then chargebacked.
HOw is it possible that in USA you chargeback transaction, because 'No cardholder authorization' and they will not block it ?
Because if it is true, that it was stolen, then it should be damned blocked !
But fucking visa, banks and cc processors has nice profit from that.
Because you must pay $15 and more for chargeback.
So legal and stolen CC are making $$$$$$$$ for them in any case

the u.s. is also the only country that allows someone else other then the cardholder to use the cardholders credit card for purchases (ie, you are a friend of mine and i can use your card without verification). insane isnt it?
