The phrase 'the Antipodes of Otiose' is being used as a subject complement. Subject complements must agree in number with the subject and verb. You either need to make the subject complement singular (e.g., you are the Antipode of Otiose) OR you need to make the subject AND the verb plural (e.g., you and the word 'Otiose' are Antipodes of each other).
