Trump was warned by the NYDE in 2005 that it was illegal, but continued to use he term for 5 more years. Supreme Justice Kern found that he's personally liable for knowingly breaking that law. They were telling people they'd get a Trump University degree after completion.

yea, warned in 2005, and it didn't become an issue till now... cause like I said everyone knows that Trump ran real estate training seminars, not a degree awarding educational institution... just like everyone knows damn well that Dr. Dre, doesn't have a doctorate... or that you can't earn a PhD in Porn Production Arts at the "porn university.com"...
