Same exact thing happened to me. I contacted NatNet and received an immediate response. What a difference, they wanted to earn my business. Whenever I send a support ticket they respond immediately. So far I am satisfied with them. Note: I don't get one red cent for referring you to them but I am satisfied by their professionalism towards me; which came regardless if I was a newcomer(which I am) or a seasoned pro in the industry.
