swiftwill.com offers 1000GB for $0.80 a gig. (dedicated with 20GB disk space or virtual with 1GB disk space)
I have been with them for almost 2 years and have only had about 30 minutes of outage over that entire period, and the server is always fast!
They gave me a permanent 10% discount on the monthly cost after I was with them for 1 year (I am currently at $170 for 200GB/month).
