I hear you, When I bought mine her ears, tail and claws were already done.
They do the tails and claws a day or two after they are born, but the ears are not done until 8 weeks or so. I HATED taking care of her ears. My other dobbie didnt have his ears done. My sister-in-law is only cropping the ears if the owner wants it done.
