How can you not see the logic? you hire a male model for shoots that you usually do on the weekends... first weekend goes well, next weekend you find out that the guy is in the military and needs to do training every other weekend...
you obviously tell him, "we do shoots every weekend, so I need you to be here every weekend, sorry, but this isn't going to work..."... you let him go, he later sues you... how can you with a straight face say that there is nothing wrong with that? and on top of that, you, an employer who had best intentions, are labeled as some villain?
