Blow me. My CC doesn't work here, so I have to live off my money on epassporte. Luckily I'm not broke and can (barely) afford to pay for my hotels and living with cash... even without the $1000.
I wouldn't whine if I had access to any back-up funds, or even my bank account... but I don't.
