It is true that if you take a picture in a public place and it is NOT for commercial use (such as advertising) the picture can be published or even sold. However, if the picture reflects negatively on the subject as it most definitely would if it were to appear on a porn site, the subject can sue and would in all likjelihood win. If the subject never sees the pic, I guess you're OK but I would stay away from content like this anyway. I have a real problm with putting content of a model on a porn site without her permission. IMHO, that's just plain sleezy!
