Other mistakes
I have seen a few UK sites close (that were doing well) because rather than pay a model per shoot, the site owner did a 50/50 split with the model.
For whatever reason later the model may deside to stop (such as a new boyfriend for instance). She then wants the site shut, the site then closes.
Often it may seem a good idea to go 50/50 as you can shoot vast content for free. In the long run this can end up more expensive.
