So the annual hippie migration is next week to one of the biggest festivals in Illinois.
Summer Camp Music Festival
Every year there are major busts by the police as they monitor the traffic coming into town from out of state, pull them over, and bust all the idiots bringing in Molly, X, Acid...weed...etc....there is always a big article in the paper the next day with the arrests. Although drugs still continue to get through, they are going further to limit it.
Just a heads up to any of you going or knowing of anybody who is going. There is going to be a Federal presence this year. Due to the heavy use of Meth & Heroin in the surrounding counties normally, the ATF & FBI have set up a task force with local agencies and have been making major busts the past 3 months. This task force is now set to focus thie resources on Summer Camp. Unlike years of the past where only local police agencies have handled this, it will now include the Federal resources and agents.
My advice, if you are planning on going to sell drugs, stay home. Spread the word to anybody else planning on bringing drugs to sell.
