IMO what would happen if you approached them about this is they would kick your ass out of the building. If you then came after them online and tried to damage their business (regardless of if you are right or wrong) they will sick a well-paid legal team on you. No, you may not go to jail, but you could end up losing everything you own.
Is a little revenge worth that?
The best revenge is to leave the situation, move forward, and have a happy life. If you are really worried they are ripping people off write a letter to the state attorney general and report them.
