You have a criminal record.

Keep working there, knowing you're the smartest one in the room. Keep learning every aspect of the business. Document it, chart it out and make a business plan you'll implement step by step, but your version is modified not to scam people.

You slowly build your business starting with previous clients that posted negative reviews online ( they will be the First to give your company positive reviews ).

Legally versus criminally are two different things:
See what I think applies in this case: False or Misleading Representations - Competition Bureau

In order to proceed on a criminal track both of the following criteria must be satisfied: (1) there must be clear and compelling evidence suggesting that the accused knowingly or recklessly made a false or misleading representation to the public. An example of such evidence is the continuation of a practice by the accused after complaints have been made by consumers directly to the accused; and (2) the Bureau must also be satisfied that criminal prosecution would be in the public interest.

If I was "as morally corrupt" I wouldn't be blowing the whistle like I will be. I would just walk away like the 5-6 people who've been canned since I've been there.

TRUE - no argument there.

You have a criminal record.
NOT TRUE

Just to keep the record straight -- I've been to jail but I DO NOT have a criminal record.
Both times never resulted in a CONVICTION.

Good advice but I am not passionate about their business.

Lastly, keep your mouth shut
THATS JUST NOT ME!
