I mean it's not really your place and will probably be more trouble than it's worth. If you really feel inclined to let small business owners know about this, create an expose blog or something exposing these bad practices. I just wouldn't look into getting a pay day as well out of this as it will create a shit ton of extra "drama" and obstacles in your life in my opinion.
