Neither are free. Adding a secondary will amount to an additional 10% in revenues. That 10% will pay for the costs of the secondary biller. At the $10k mark, processing fees with a merchant account will drop down to the 1-4% range instead of the 15% range with Epoch/CCBill, plus a few additional expenses from the gateway and merchant account bank, but will again pay for itself.
