I don't need to read it. Becuase when they come to me I am going to tell them I serve only MPG files which are a download able file type and not a streaming format. And I will win.
It is just a typical hypertext link to a file just like any other. Are they going to sue me for hyperlink technolgy I am using too? If so then I am in trouble.
I am not using anyones patent or technology. They were not even around when MPG was derived.
