There is a very specific set of facts here, and I think it's a stretch for people to claim it would apply across the board. There would be no interest if this claim was made against Joe Schmoe, and it would be highly unlikely that the accuser's personal information would ever get posted.

Wrong, imagine if you were in high school and an unpopular kid accused the most popular kid of rape.. she wouldnt have a chance. She'd have to switch schools and more.
