ok, to your program hehe

Well, BRISK is right that it is a dirty biz if people are using my banners or site names or anything like that for that purpose. If people are just switching to non-Globill sponsors while everyone gets switched over, that just makes sense. Spooky Cash webmasters will be taken care of.

As far as a webmaster who runs a couple of small sites in a niche related to mine goes . . . I certainly did not twist anything he said on this board. I sent a friend I was comiserating with links. I also did not come on this board chortling when he had problems in the past -- even though I warned him personally beforehand that he was going to have those problems. I was not prancing around going "I told you so, I told you so, nanny nanny boo boo." If he does not want to stand behind what he said, he should not have said it.

I was already with Globill when the whole Visa thing went down. In addition to my concerns about registration, I felt some loyalty for a processor which had given me excellent support, timely payments, and low chargebacks. I know a small webmaster who totally ditched his whole supposed coalition of quality and sold out to a company which later threw him back, despite his breach of contract, for being too small a fish. When I told him he should not do what precipitated that, he told me that he was living on a thousand hits a day and he was not really gothic anyway and if he had to sell out so what. Well, the so what is that he screwed his friends and apparently his soul was not very valuable.

I know everyone's favorite self-righteous, pseudo-moralistic board whore has been hoping to get a rise out of me all day. (Yes, little webmaster, your friends do remember how loyal you were to them.) Well, he finally got a response. But I'll be ignoring him in the future. He is not culturally or artistically committed and his sites don't convert like mine do. I will totally support the little guy if I believe in what he is doing, but, if the little guy is not very nice and is constantly looking for a fight, at the end of the day, he is just not important.

If any Spooky Cash webmasters have any questions or concerns they would like to communicate, please feel free to drop me a line at [email protected] We should be good to go again soon and, if CCBill is half as good as people say, then it will probably turn out to be for the best anyway. So far the CCBill folks have been terrific.
