You need to Google it, it's a bit difficult to explain but they made a bitcoin computer and have developed software that enables you to make bitcoin from every http request.
Basically it works from the command line and can forge the future of the blockchain by enabling developers to create smart contracts. You could also use it to pay out micro payments if for example someone retweets or shares.
