I sent you an email but can you square up what you state above with what support told me below:

You can post the live feeds, however nothing in the feeds can be stored or published. There is no gray area. Do not store or publish anything from the feeds except the live feeds themselves.
Broadcasters may choose to appear in live affiliate feeds while not allowing affiliates to store and publish their content.
