Not that this should be a factor any more, - but Euro processors do not have "$750 fees" - use that money to get a decent corp set up in the Euro banking region and avoid the current hotbed in the US.
You are then complying with "cross border" rules and have a choice of *any* processors in Europe - nuff said!

Know of anywhere I can get it done cheaper? That was a UK solution...
