I didn't get it. That's a typical
Khrushchyovka - a lower level housing in Russia. Something similar to your
trailer parks, but it has some very differences:
1) Every Khrushchyovka has a central canalization, while a typical US trailer has no.
2) Every Khrushchyovka has a central gasification, while a typical US trailer has no.
3) Every Khrushchyovka has a central heating system and can easily stand a -40C winter, while a typical US trailer can't.
4) Every Khrushchyovka has a central cold and warm water supply, while a typical US trailer has no.
5) Every Khrushchyovka has a garbage collection service, while a typical US trailer has no.
So I don't understand why did you post it here. Comparing the lower level is Russia will make me again an-American heater in the eyes of some local peasants? because the result is ovbioys
