Thanks for taking a look again. That's good to hear! I know you're a video guru, do you think we're in the ballpark with our bit rate settings now that you've had another look. Any suggestions or feedback from you on our set-up or streaming 4K in general would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Also, I can't replicate any of the issues reported above. I have a 175MB download connection and I've checked the vids using a 2012 BTO maxed out MBP as well as a brand new 5K iMac with the Skylake chip, SSD, and 64GB of RAM. Do you think the issues reported above have to do with the users connection speeds and/or their computer specs? If that is the case then I'm going to need to do something to reduce the workload on the user end and the only thing I can think of would be to lower the bitrate which of course is going to lower the quality of the video which defeats the purpose of offering 4K in the first place.
