Thanks for your feedback. Notifications are automatically sent when you receive a transfer from another Paxum account-holder, unless you have them switched off in your settings. Notifications are enabled by default. Please check your junk/spam mail folder, and make sure incoming mail from paxum.com is whitelisted.
We clearly state on our website our fees:
EFT withdrawal (US) is $5 USD
EFT withdrawal (International) is $8.95 USD
Simply deduct that amount from your balance to know how much you can withdraw.
We provide multiple options for withdrawal; check, EFT, Wire, and to the Paxum Mastercard. We do not provide automatic transfers to your bank. Each withdrawal must be specifically requested by the account-holder.
