I guess thats exactly what I wanted to say.
You can make money with old content but it has to be sorted correctly. You'd be surprise how many people get off on weird ass shit. Lets say you have 2 terabytes content from Paul, Gregg and some other defunct content producer. Do you just throw it all out and call your paysite "general porn - come see girls naked"? Nope. You do little bit of research and sort out content for hairy cunts, crackheads .. girls with ingrown toenails. You name it - there's freak out there who gets off on it.
