if paysites would offer multi-language join options and SMS billing would be allowed worlwide ( althought that's hard to coordinate ), you'd see a 1:10 ratio for polish surfers ( for SMS access ).
But they won't use dialers anymore.
Local polish adult webmasters were cheating polish surfers and those who downloaded the dialers ended sometimes with $500 + phone bills ( average salaery $400-500 ).
BTW, speaking about dialers, I've heard that the new dialers can be used for a flat fee..., not per minute. I'm not sure if that's true and how would it work...
