Poland is at the same level as Czech Republic when it comes for economy and jobs. basically the only area with jobs in Czech is Prague, in Poland - Warsaw and few others.

Yes I hear this is true in Hungary as well. To live outside one of the major cities it must be like living in the "country" here in the US. More beautiful for sure but probably way less job opportunities.
