the group he discriminated against was the State citizens he canceled the show in. he canceled the show for that State only, he continued his tour. it's inconsistent. on a higher level, it doesn't even gibe with his politics, in particular his anti-war stance. if he were consistent with his actions of cancelling show in places where he disagree with something, he wouldn't even be doing live shows in the USA at all.
