If one person finds them on a site then everyone in the village will know in a second, and even their parents will be embarrassed. People like to gossip in places like that. When me and my wife (not my wife at that point in time yet) moved across the country from Lublin to Wrocław so she could do her medical specialization, we heard about people WE DON'T EVEN KNOW one village over gossiping that I knocked her up and we moved away out of shame. We didn't have a kid until like 4 years later.
