The highlighted TX are the location of the DC madam phone. She was in the state of Texas making or receiving calls. The only numbers you can see are the numbers she called on her cell phone.
There is a comprehensive list of numbers, those numbers that called her phone number to book a hooker, that has not been released. With those numbers are the people associated with it, and apparently Ted Cruz is on it. That's the bombshell we are waiting for.
