Did you read the comments? One commenter points out that he's trolling. I clicked the entire description, and this is what it says,

i have had a hard time believing any of the explanations ....official or otherwise
so, in mulling over the images and clips it occurred to me that it might have been an intended controlled, precautionary demolition...but not malicious in nature.
Practical.....but it went amuck because humans were at the controls."
