Of course it is. The whole thing is political. If I grabbed somebody by the arm in a crowd and yanked them back and said "don't do that"...and then they went to the police, the police would laugh at them and tell them they don't have time for stupid shit.
But since it's Trump's campaign manager, it's a great way to make a big political stink out of it before the Wisconsin vote.
I'm gonna predict that this too will completely backfire.
