We don't currently offer any services that the complainant has listed and certainly don't produce a product.

IMO, the complaint is due to being outranked in SEO.

Obviously he was #1 and then we came along and knocked him off.

yes! You should be so worried that you should turn off your internet and never get back on it to be safe!
