yes because I have been to many muslim countries and you have not...

a shariah judge is like a family counselor - law advisor...he is not an evil figure...under shariah law when a man beats a woman, the shariah judge separates them and talks to both parties to get the true story if he can, then he talks to the mans family and urges them to take part in this, they try to find a peaceful solution, if the man beat the women severely he will call the police or, if the law is governed totally by shariah, he will have him arrested...it does not promote violence against women in any way (excluding saudi yemen and somalia)...they try to save the marriage because muslim countries are poor and if there are kids and they live in a dessert shithole, its important to try to keep them together for the sake of the children...your pea brain mind could probably not imagine their situation,an american woman would just get a job...in the dessert there are little jobs to be had etc...
yes you will find horror stories about shariah, like you will find US police selling drugs and raping women and shooting minorites like you will find cahtolic priests butt fucking young boys as an institution...there is always some inbreed backwards fuck somewhere...
