160k hits was to a porn gif i made, hosted on another domain. The video link then got about 20k-50k hits right away, and was linked to from a few sites besides my own and now does about 3-400 hits per day. Its had about 130k hits so far, and will now get traffic forever it wasn't going to have until i intervened.
Its not a hard thing to get a few million views on videos from the big tube sites over a few years, especially if you have nice content. People will spread it around themselves and link to it from blogs etc, and the big tube sites rank well in the SE's for single video pages with titles.
I think perhaps you are missing the point tho, or perhaps i am incorrect in my thinking
CJ traffic costs $3 per 1k hits for anything half decent, clicked traffic from plugs usually $5-10 per 1000 hits.

How much more will it generate then? Whats the price, $3 per 1k? $2? $1?
I can't say, but to me it seems like a fantastic deal, i know i would much rather buy this than any other form of traffic i can think of.
Or am i wrong in my logic?
