The iBill CMI database is separate from the transaction servers and the revshare servers. When a transaction occurs, the sales data is then replicated to the CMI server. The CMI had been having problems for about 2 weeks, and replication of the data from the transaction servers was delayed. Looks like they got that squared.
Checks are not cut off the CMI databases, they are cut from the transaction servers, so even if iBill hadnt squared the replication issue you still would have been paid the real amount.
