Anecdotal evidence is the weakest evidence that something works
Having said that viagra and co, do increase penis size because they increase blood flow, and the poor sod couldn't get an erection beforehand..
Also I am curious whether it is legal to advertise these pills.. you have to be very careful, and not say that something will have a therapeutic endpoint, when there's no hard evidence..
In New Zealand for example you couldn't say "penis pill A will enlarge your penis" you could say something like "some men have found that penis pill A enlarged their penis"
This whole topic is a pet hate of mine, but I am also kind of the opinion that men stupid enough to buy these pills deserve to lose their money (and will at least get a lesson in gullability). I am conventionally trained in medicine so kind of low tolerance for unproven medicine.. there are of course plenty of herbal stuff that I'm sure works, but I just prefer to go with tried and tested therapies.
