The thing with Juicy is: They just could NEVER teach the boy to count. He could get to 'One" and no further Try as they might, the teachers failed.
So one teacher had an idea... if they could only teach him to fold a finger or toe up for each time his eyes saw something and he said "One" then he might be able to add and subtract on some rudementary level.
So now, when he thinks of the one time he had enough $$ for that lucky lady on the corner, He goes one... one... one... one... And depending on how sleepy he is, he sometimes can say it 200 times before he dozes off for the afternoon nap.
