you don't have to do it as she is serving you, go in late towards the end of her shift by yourself so you don't have to worry about your friends or whatever and try to strike up a good conversation from there as she shouldn't be too busy at that time. this might not be a good idea if its a long shift and shes real tired and just wants to get the fuck out of there.
