No that would be bad. Nukes should only be used as an extreme last resort.
I think Kim Jong Un is crazy and he is likely to keep threatening, but I don't think he can afford a war. And if he ever dropped a bomb on SK or anywhere else, retaliation would not need to take the form of an a-bomb. Some quick air strikes to his palace and war factories would be all it takes to end it. With him out of power, his people would be finally free.
What I would love to see is a form of psychological attack against him. Planes should fly overhead dropping books, magazines, music players like iPods, photos of beautiful places and people outside of North Korea. Show the people that there is more to the world and invoke a peaceful (hopefully) overthrow of the dictatorship.
