Sure you can do that with any domain name but once you will get a nice portion of seo traffic, people will misspell your domain into livesexcams, livesexxxcams etc.
If you can live with the fact that as long as you are marketing a misspelled domain and send a portion of your hard work traffic to someone else for free which will cash in your traffic, it is purely your choice.
Have you ever bought a premium domain, just out of curiosity, to see how it performs?
