that's some shocking finding... who would have thought that in CAPITALism, those that lack capital (both $$ and human capital: skills/knowledge/experience/etc) don't prosper as much as those that do...
is it really surprising that 30 year old with no "capital" of any kind isn't prospering?
while 60 year old who is an expert in his field with 30 years experience and some $$ saved up and invested on the other hand is prospering?
... and that's how it was since the beginning of time...
