In the letter, Addison ? who has a documented Bloods tattoo on his arm ? wrote that "by law of the '
united blood nation' you must indeed die," according federal court documents.
"I've gave you a chance before..but now your time has come..and today you'll meet your maker," he wrote, documents state.
The letter also referenced anthrax and was signed "Jeremy Addison
a.k.a. Magnificent Da Blood Beast."
