Not true again. It's overpriced compared to any other country in the world. Even where students have to pay for their University education. And there are lawyers waiting to serve malpractice writs.

Horatio Caine don't drag Income Tax into it. We're discussing what countries spend on only the Health Services per capita. So whether it's income tax or Health Insurance the figure spent is the same.
