They did not answer my question as to whether refunds + chargeback need to be under 1% (What Epoch has stated)
if I used an IPSP and did rebilling I would be terrified that if the IPSP exceeds 1% for 2 months I would not be able to rebill for one year!
Your business is truely in their hands now.
