If what I told you doesn't make sense, then there's probably not a lot others are going to be able to do. You don't understand the basic process that your hosting company is your web server, or where to place code within the HTML document. I'm not trying to be a dick, but your problem is so basic, if you can't figure out how to correct it, you might just want to pay someone to do it for you.
