the two statements are not mutually exclusive...war is very important for the USA so it does what it can to promote it, the USA has a looooong history of supporting terrorists, shit just in my country they supported croat terrorists that hijacked US planes, stormed embassies in the USA, tried to blow up the statue of liberty...then kosovo terrorists that harvest human organs (according to US sources and the US secretary general not serb media...need I mention alquaeda and ISIS?...
